type='text'>Diversidad Carnica</title><content type='html'>Diversidad Carnica.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Muchos de nosotros aficionados a la carne, nos quedamos en las carnes clásicas: cerdo, vaca o res, pollo y pescado comunes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pero existe un horizonte mucho mas amplio ahí afuera unas nuevas experiencias que tener como lo son:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Carne de conejo, de iguana, de diferentes pescados  y mariscos tradicionales y no tanto, cangrejo, aves pequeñas como la codorniz, las serpientes, poniéndolo en otras palabras menos carne humana todo vale.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Chigüiro una excelente carne Colombiana y Venezolana, es un roedor gigantesco de agua o pero de agua, la iguana un reptil, las culebras con diferentes nombre, las tortugas, bueno existe un abanico de posibilidades.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En España esta el conejo y el caballo, por no hablar de mariscos moluscos y especies marinas, pulpo y demás.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En otros países y continentes existirán otras  carnes que descubrir como la del mono delfín, tiburón, elefante, ñu, y como dice el dicho:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Todo lo que vuele, corra o se arrastre a la occidente y gente que nunca lo ha hecho en el oriente lejano.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Observamos que la deficiencia proteinica, es algo que no se puede esconder, además de perder experiencia en sabores
